The lymphatic system is part of the vascular system that is actively involved in metabolism. Lymph is the body's orderly, it filters the blood every second, removing foreign particles from it. Unlike the circulatory system, which has a powerful pump - the heart, lymph moves due to the movement of muscles and skeleton. Lymph, like other organs, needs periodic cleaning, but it is recommended to cleanse it after cleansing the liver, intestines, kidneys, and getting rid of salts.
