Heart palpitations of the correct rhythm from 90 to 240 beats per minute are called paroxysmal tachycardia. Heart palpitations can last from a few seconds to several days. Tachycardia is supraventricular and ventricular. Supraventricular tachycardia is accompanied by a slight increase in temperature, sharp sweating, loose stools, and profuse urination at the end of the attack. The ventricular is usually a harbinger of ventricular fibrillation.

Step 1

One of the most effective medicinal plants for heart palpitations is blue cornflower. The course of treatment is no more than 21 days.

Peppermint has also long been used by folk medicine for all types of arrhythmias, including tachycardia. Take a teaspoon of finely crushed mint leaves and, having brewed a glass of boiling water, put in a warm place for 1 hour. After straining, drink in small sips in the morning, half an hour before breakfast, trying not to miss a single day of intake for 5-6 months.

Step 3

The following remedy is recommended for heart palpitations. Purchase ready-made alcoholic tinctures of propolis and hawthorn at the pharmacy, pour them into one bottle and take 25 drops three times a day 0.5 hours before meals. For the course of treatment, one portion of the medicine obtained by mixing two tinctures is enough. After three months, if necessary, repeat the treatment.
