1. Disease of Morgellans
This is an unusual disease that is accompanied by unbearable itching. Patients complain that insects are running under the skin. Severe itching is then replaced by abscesses all over the body. When they are opened, multi-colored threads and grains, similar to sand, emerge from the wounds. Over time, the wounds heal and leave behind scars and scars.

2. Qatar syndrome

6. Stendhal's syndrome
Quite a strange disease. A person with Stendhal syndrome experiences tremors, anxiety, headaches, dizziness when looking at works of art.
Quite a rare ailment due to premature aging of internal organs and skin. In children, progeria is characterized by dwarfism, fractures and the absence of subcutaneous fat. Usually children live to 20 years old and die of old age.

8. Alien hand syndrome
This is a neuropsychiatric disorder in which the purposeful movements of one of the hands are disrupted. In simple words, the patient's hands live as if "by themselves" and perform movements against the will of the owner. Very often this syndrome is accompanied by epilepsy. Chaotic movements of one of the hands can pinch and beat its owner. But this is not so bad. There are times when one hand ties the lace, the other unties it. From the point of view of psychiatry, this is a violation of the interaction of the cerebral hemispheres.
9. Alice in Wonderland Syndrome
A person cannot discern the real dimensions of an object and considers them to be small or huge. The causes of the syndrome are more often brain tumors or hallucinogenic drugs. Such patients do not understand the reality of what is happening. To them, chairs can fly, and a doorknob seems to them the size of a door. Very often this condition can be observed in people suffering from epilepsy, fever or schizophrenia.
10. "Stone muscles"
This is a very rare genetic disease that affects 2.5 thousand people around the world.The body is capable of converting muscles into bones in this disease. In the body of patients, there is an overgrowth of bone tissue, namely in the muscles and joints. The person loses the ability to move.
