With severe muscle spasms, midocalm is added to relieve muscle tension.
Take a massage course. It will help relieve muscle tension and swelling, due to which the pain syndrome passes. Its action improves microcirculation and promotes a speedy recovery. Massage is an excellent tool for both treatment and prevention. It should be done by a specialist with medical education and a certificate.
Physiotherapy is also widely used in the treatment of osteochondrosis. Electrophoresis with medicinal substances, accelerates their penetration into the affected tissues and increases the effectiveness of treatment.
