Step 1

Scroll 3 large lemons through a meat grinder along with the peel. Add to them 3 heads of garlic, also chopped. Place everything in a 2 liter jar and fill with 5–6 glasses of water. Stir and place the jar in a dark place for one day. Strain and refrigerate. Every day, half an hour before eating and before falling asleep, drink a quarter of a glass. The course of treatment is three weeks.

Step 2

Purchase fir oil from a pharmacy. Not ethereal. Explain to your pharmacist that you need the oil by mouth. Take 10 drops on a piece of refined sugar three times a day.

Step 3

Brew 20 pieces of bay leaves with a glass of boiling water and use for inhalation. Use for prophylaxis when headaches are absent. The procedure takes 2 minutes. Continue for 4 weeks.

Step 4

Take a half liter dark glass container. Pour into it half a glass of tinctures purchased at the pharmacy: hawthorn, motherwort, valerian and add 25 ml each of peppermint and eucalyptus and 10 columns of cloves. Mix well, close the container and put in a dark place for two weeks. Shake the contents daily. Apply 25 drops on a piece of refined sugar three times a day on an empty stomach.

Step 5

Mix 50 ml of camphor oil with an equal amount of alcohol. Massage this product into your scalp and cover with a plastic bag. Leave the compress overnight, wrapping your head over the plastic with a tissue. Wash your hair well in the morning. Perform 10 procedures.

Step 6

In a liter jar, pick up the clover heads to the top and fill with alcohol. Insist with the lid closed in a dark place for 2 weeks. When the tincture is ready, take 1 tablespoon of it and add half a glass of water. Drink 3-4 times a day before meals.

Step 7

Chop the young branches of the mulberry into small pieces. You can use both freshly cut and dry branches. Take 15 g of branches and fill it with a liter of water. Place the saucepan over the heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Insist 1 hour. Take a glass on an empty stomach 3 times a day.
