In addition, you can use the methods of traditional medicine. One of the most effective methods is steam inhalation using aromatic oils. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and put on fire. When the water boils, add a few lemon peels to it. Remove from heat, add 4-5 drops of iodine and eucalyptus or mint oil to the broth, sit and bend over the pan, covered with a towel. Breathe in vapors for 10-12 minutes. Then go to bed quickly, being careful not to inhale the cool air.

The effect of the above procedure can be significantly enhanced by simultaneously warming up your feet in hot water. Pour 3 liters of hot water into a basin, with a temperature of at least 46-48 degrees Celsius, add a tablespoon of mustard, 30 grams of sea salt and 20-30 grams of baking soda to it. Place your feet in the water so that your ankles are covered. At the end of the procedure, after wiping the skin dry, smear the heels with iodine and put on cotton socks, and woolen socks on top. This procedure is contraindicated for people with diseases of the cardiovascular system, kidneys, hypertension and varicose veins.

Take a teaspoon of peppermint oil, ½ teaspoon of honey and stir until smooth. Then add 15-20 drops of propolis alcohol tincture and rub thoroughly again.
