Many women experience difficulties associated with the appearance of dark circles under the eyes, the so-called bruises. They appear from a violation of the outflow of blood, from the usual lack of sleep and eye fatigue, are the result of improper nutrition and dehydration of the body, stress and overexertion. A variety of creams are available that contain ingredients such as vitamin C, soy, cucumber and seaweed to help reduce bruising and have a beneficial effect on the skin around the eyes. Homemade products are no less effective.
The most common folk remedy for bruises under the eyes is black tea infusion. Brew 1 tsp. means in a ¼ glass of boiling water and leave for half an hour. Strain and apply tea-soaked cotton swabs to the skin under the eyes. They are updated 3-4 times and last for 1-2 minutes.
For efficiency, you can cool the infusion in the refrigerator, and after the procedure is completed, wipe the skin with a piece of ice. It is good to use ice in the form of a compress itself. But it is better to prepare it from a herbal decoction of cornflower, parsley or chamomile. It is advisable to apply ice not directly to the skin, but through gauze or a thin cloth, in order to avoid frostbite.
For eye baths, you can also use compresses of 3 tablespoons. cornflower flowers. Brew them with a glass of boiling water and strain after 2 hours.
Potato compresses have a good effect. It can be used in any form. The most recommended raw or cooked in a uniform, apply its plates on the skin under the eyes for 20 - 30 minutes.
Parsley compresses are often used to relieve bruising, swelling and irritation. 1 tbsp brew herbs with a glass of boiling water, leave for 15 minutes. Apply the resulting warm broth to the eyelids in the form of lotions for 10 minutes. The course of treatment is 1 month of daily use.
Homemade masks are also effective against bruising under the eyes. One of them is considered to be a mask of 1 egg yolk mixed with 1 tsp. honey and 1 tsp. olive oil. The result will be no worse if you add the juice of half an orange to this mask.
Use parsley root gruel to eliminate dark circles under the eyes. Apply the mixture to the skin and rinse off after 20 minutes. The course of application is one month of use once a week.
You can make fruit masks from the gruel of one banana with the addition of tsp. milk at room temperature or gruel of one peach mixed with 1 tsp. olive oil.
All of these masks are applied to the skin under the eyes and washed off after 15 to 20 minutes.
