Step 2

After each gargle, lubricate the throat with Lugol's solution. To do this, wrap a wooden stick (pencil) with surgical cotton and, having abundantly moistened it in the solution, carefully coat the palatine tonsils. After the procedure, do not rinse your mouth with anything for an hour. It is a highly effective treatment that is unmatched in its ease of use.

To gargle with follicular sore throat, prepare the following herbal collection. Take 1 part marshmallow root, 4 parts oregano herb and 6 parts oak bark, chop the ingredients, mix. Pour 2 tablespoons in a thermos with a glass of boiling water, leave for 2 hours, then strain. Gargle, warming each time before the procedure, 5-6 times a day.

Take 30 grams of cooled propolis and, after crushing it, pour 100 ml of 70% medical alcohol. After insisting in a dark place for 3 weeks, filter. Dissolve a tablespoon of the tincture in 50-60 ml of warm water and gargle 3-4 times a day.
