Step 1

Take 20 g of spruce resin, a medium head of onions and 15 g of copper sulfate. Grind. Then mix with 50 ml of olive oil and put on low heat. Bring to a boil, but do not boil. Filter through cheesecloth folded in half. Drain into a dark glass container. Apply the resulting ointment to the tissue around the fracture and cover with parchment paper. Wrap with a bandage. Perform the procedure in the morning and evening every day until the swelling subsides.

Step 2

Boil 2 tablespoons of wormwood with a glass of boiling water and keep on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the stove and leave for 1, 5-2 hours. Filter the infusion and apply, changing dressings every 4 hours. To prepare the lotion, take a quarter glass of the infusion and add 25 ml of aloe juice to it. In the resulting solution, moisten a clean linen cloth, apply to the swelling and bandage. Repeat the procedure until the swelling disappears.

Step 3

For oral use, use equal proportions of bean pods, lingonberry leaves, arnica flowers, and comfrey root. Mix. Pour a teaspoon of the mixture with 200 ml of cool water. Bring to a boil in a water bath. Continue boiling for five minutes, then leave for half an hour. Strain the infusion and drink half a glass before meals 4 times during the day. The treatment will take 10 to 14 days.

Step 4

Dissolve a tablespoon of 9% vinegar in half a liter of water. Soak a clean cloth in the resulting solution and apply to the swelling. Change the lotion as it dries.

Step 5

Mix equal amounts of valerian, St. John's wort and chamomile. Brew a tablespoon of this collection with a glass of boiling water. Insist for a quarter of an hour, covering with a lid. Drink three times a day.

Step 6

Brew a tablespoon of arnica in a glass of boiling water and leave to cool completely. Soak a clean napkin in the infusion and apply for an hour to the swollen area.

Step 7

The use of olive oil externally as compresses helps well.
