Herniated disc is one of the complications of osteochondrosis. The destruction of the intervertebral discs first leads to protrusion of the disc, which, due to the loss of elasticity, flattens and goes beyond its boundaries. This is how an intervertebral hernia is formed. This process causes shooting, aching, sharp, dull pains, as well as numbness in the fingers, headache, dizziness, stiffness in the neck, feeling of running goose bumps.

Comfrey root is one of the most effective medicinal plants for the treatment of herniated discs. Infusions, tinctures, ointments based on it have a strong analgesic, anti-inflammatory effect. To prepare an ointment based on comfrey, take 5 parts of the root, 1 part each of the flowers of horse chestnut and acacia, chop, moisten with alcohol and leave for 30 minutes.
Take 4 parts of the internal fat, cut it into pieces, put in a thick-walled dish with a tight lid, put the previously prepared mixture in the same place, and place in the oven for 2-3 hours on low heat (60-70 degrees Celsius). Then leave to infuse for a day, the healing ointment is ready. Rub into the painful areas of the spine 2-3 times a day, warming after the procedure.
Take a tincture of comfrey root at the same time. Take 100 grams of chopped root, pour half a liter of quality vodka and let it brew in a dark place for 3 weeks. Then filter and take 20-30 drops three times a day 45 minutes before meals.
Folk healers, beekeepers recommend the use of beesworm to restore the cartilage tissue of the joints. To prepare the broth, take a tablespoon of chopped podmore, pour half a liter of boiling water and leave on low heat for 60 minutes. It will cool down, filter through cheesecloth folded in 2 rows, carefully squeezing out the rest of the pore. Store the broth in the refrigerator. Take a tablespoon of the broth 3 times a day after meals for 2-3 months, with a rest of 2 weeks after each month of use.
At the same time, it is useful to rub the liniment of beesworm into the painful areas of the spine. To prepare it, take 200 ml of vegetable oil, pour a tablespoon of crushed beeswax into it, and put it in a boiling water bath for 40 minutes. After cooling, squeeze the composition through a double layer of cheesecloth. Liniment is ready. Rub into the spine daily at night for 2-3 months, with a two-week break at the end of each month.
