Stand straight, lower your arms along the body, place your legs shoulder-width apart. Take a deep breath through your nose while raising your arms up. As you exhale, return your arms to their original position. Breathe in consciously and deeply, and let the exhalation occur by itself. You need to do this exercise for 8-10 minutes. Now take the starting position: arms down, feet shoulder-width apart. Also inhale slowly through your nose, squatting with your back straight and raising your arms above your head. But now, straightening, do an active exhalation, while pulling your lips with a tube. Let the air come out noisily through your mouth. Ten minutes is enough to feel the desired effect. Take the pose of a jumper in the water: bend your legs at the knees, stretch your arms along the body, which should be tilted forward. Now swing your arms as if you were floating in water. While making a circular motion with your right hand, turn your head to the left and at this time inhale air through your nose. When the arm goes to the side of the body, exhale through your mouth. Repeat alternating movements for 10 minutes.

You need to perform these simple exercises daily in the morning and evening. You may feel dizzy at first, in which case stop exercising and rest. To achieve optimal results, you need to do the exercises for a month, then take a break for a week and start again. Three full months after you start exercising, you will feel free breathing, your lungs will clear, your face will freshen up, and you will feel great.
