Step 1

First, apply a cold bandage to the stretched ligament for 15-20 minutes. You can use crushed ice, any food from the freezer, or simply place your foot under running cold water. Then lubricate the joint area with any ointment or gel that has anti-inflammatory and decongestant effects.

Step 2

Apply a tight bandage, preferably an elastic bandage, wrapping around and alternating with "eights", passing the bandage under the heel so that the bandage does not slip. Do not remove at night, this will fix the joint in the correct position.

Step 3

On the second day, you can use thermal procedures, warm baths. Prepare the following composition. Pass 100 grams of garlic through a garlic press and squeeze the juice from it. Add 250 ml of apple cider vinegar and 100 ml of vodka to the garlic juice.

Step 4

Add 30 drops of eucalyptus oil and mix well. Wet a piece of cheesecloth folded in 4 rows. Attaching to the damaged ligament, fix with a tight bandage. Change the compress 2 times a day.

Step 5

Take 100 grams of minced sauerkraut, add a tablespoon of granulated sugar and a raw onion grated on a fine grater. After stirring until smooth, spread the prepared mixture on a piece of cotton cloth.

Apply it to the sore spot and, covering with compression paper, fix it with a tight bandage. Change the compress twice a day.

Step 7

Beat the egg white until foamy, pour in 30 ml of vodka and mix thoroughly again. Wet gauze, folded in 2-3 layers in the prepared composition and apply to the sore spot. Cover with compression paper and secure with elastic bandage. Change the compress once a day.

Step 8

On the third or fourth day, start massaging and rubbing the sore spot with fir, laurel or eucalyptus oil. After the massage, apply a tight bandage for another 3-4 days.
