The next step will be to restore the alkaline balance. To do this, you can drink up to a liter of water with soda, water with ascorbic acid, or just mineral water. This will save you from total dehydration and restore strength.
Next in the program is a contrast shower. Rather, you need a cold shower, but it will be difficult to immediately get under the cold water. Therefore, start with warm water and gradually bring the water temperature to very cold. Do not forget to increase the effect if you get under the water headlong. A cold shower is a great method and really helps you sober up quickly regardless of your level of intoxication.
Now that your gait has leveled off and your gaze has cleared, you can continue to work on. It will be very useful for you to drink strong coffee without sweets or sugar. Remember, any glucose in your condition is evil. It provokes fermentation in your body and aggravates the situation. While sugar-free coffee can clear the brain and help the body cope in record time. On the other hand, coffee in your condition is an unnecessarily large burden on your heart. And it is better not often to resort to such a scheme of quick sobering up.
