The tonsils are the lymphoid tissue of the pharynx, the main function of which is to protect the body from infection. But, as a result of frequent colds, tonsillitis, tonsillitis, the tonsils become covered with depressions (lacunae) in which bacteria and viruses accumulate, and then they themselves become a source of infection. There are many ways to cleanse the tonsils, many of which are performed only in a medical facility. But there are many methods of cleansing the tonsils and at home.
It is necessary
- - hydrogen peroxide 3%;
- - Oak bark;
- - edible salt;
- - Apple vinegar;
- - beets;
- - Golden mustache;
- - bulb onions.
To cleanse your tonsils from infection, start by gargling with hydrogen peroxide. Dissolve 15 ml of hydrogen peroxide 3% in 100 ml of warm water. Rinse your mouth and throat with this solution 4-5 times a day after meals, keeping the solution in your mouth for 2-3 minutes each time.
Alternate gargling with a peroxide solution and a salt solution (a tablespoon per 250 ml of water). At the same time, dissolve 3-4 times a day a piece of Kalanchoe or aloe, the juice of which helps to regenerate the cleansed tissues of the throat. The course of cleansing the tonsils is 10-14 days.
A solution of apple cider vinegar has an excellent cleansing effect, for preparation of which take 150 ml of warm water and 30 ml of homemade apple cider vinegar. Mix the ingredients and gargle 4-5 times a day.
To cleanse your tonsils, prepare a beetroot juice disinfectant solution. Grate 2 red beet roots on a fine grater, squeeze the juice from the mashed mass, mix it with an equal amount of boiled water. Then take 15 ml of golden mustache juice, 50 ml of onion juice per 100 grams of the resulting mixture, mix and leave for a day to infuse the solution. Gargle with 20 ml of the prepared mixture 4-5 times a day for 5 days. The shelf life of the prepared solution is no more than 3 days.
Purify the tonsils by performing a special neck massage, during which squeezing the pads of the thumb and forefinger, clasping the trachea, move from the jugular cavity to the corners of the lower jaw or to the ears. Movements should be soft, grasping the back of the tonsils. This simple massage significantly enhances the tonsil cleansing effect when combined with a gargle.
