However, not all aromatic oils are created equal: some of them have their own contraindications.

The components that make up certain essential oils disinfect and deodorize the air, actively exterminate pathogenic bacteria and carry out a full-fledged antiseptic treatment of the room. Aromatherapy promotes the production of leukocytes in the human body, which are responsible for immunity.

Immunologists, who have been conducting research on the components of various essential oils for a long time, have come to the conclusion that the oils of anise, lavender, black pepper, cypress, jasmine, cinnamon, cloves, clary sage, camphor laurel and rosemary have the greatest benefits for the human body. Bergamot, eucalyptus and thyme oils are considered the second in polarity.

To strengthen your immunity with aromatherapy, you must first of all resort to aromatizing the air in the room. To do this, you need a so-called aroma lamp. The essence of the therapy is reduced to cold inhalation: a person simply inhales the air exuded by this aroma lamp, thus consuming the saturated active substances of essential oils. For this, a little water and 5 drops of the selected oil are added to the lamp. A decorative candle is lit and inserted into a special hole in the aroma lamp. You can also use a heating radiator by putting a piece of natural fabric on it with oil pre-applied to it.

Another effective method of aromatherapy for the body is the adoption of the so-called aromatherapy baths. It also helps to strengthen the immune system. The effect of this therapy will be enhanced if, in addition to essential oil, sea salt is added to the water. The proportion is as follows: up to 8 drops of oil are added to 250 g of sea salt. It is necessary to monitor the temperature of the water in the bathroom, as it should not exceed 38 ° C. The procedure for such aromatherapy should not exceed 15 minutes.

You can just breathe in essential oil from its bottle. Some people hang a so-called aroma medallion around their necks, which exudes incense. It will also strengthen the immune system.

Steam inhalation is another way to strengthen the body's immune system through aromatherapy. To do this, add a few drops of the selected essential oil to boiling water, and then pour the contents into a special apparatus designed for such inhalation. Breathe over the steam for no more than 15 minutes. The procedure is repeated a couple of times a week for 60 days.
