There are many recipes for making black radish as a medicine, and any of them can be successfully used for treatment.

Drug options based on black radish

Take a small black radish. Cut off the top and remove some of the pulp to make a niche. In this niche - it is better to try to place it in the middle of the product - pour in about a tablespoon of honey and close with a cut lid. The radish should be infused for at least 10 hours, during which time the juice will stand out. You need to use this mixture up to 5 times a day before meals. The shelf life of the cooked radish is 2 days, then you need to make the mixture again.

In order not to wait several hours, you can create a simplified version of the radish with honey. How to do it? Take a black radish, grate and squeeze the juice. Then mix the juice with a tablespoon of honey and let stand for a while. Once the honey is completely dissolved, the syrup can be drunk.

There is also a way to prepare black radish for coughs and colds. But in this case, you will also have to wait a few hours. It is necessary to take the selected vegetable and cut into small pieces. Put everything in a glass container, and pour honey generously on top. As soon as the syrup is ready (remember that it must be infused for at least a couple of hours!), You can drink it 10 minutes before meals several times a day.

Note: if you have a honey intolerance, then it can be replaced with sugar syrup. The effectiveness will be slightly lower, but you will still get the necessary result - getting rid of cough in the folk way.
