Step 1

In folk medicine, the fruits of this amazing berry are considered an excellent antipyretic agent for colds and flu, expectorant for coughs, bronchitis and laryngitis. Raspberries help to improve the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, increase appetite, soothe stomach pains, alleviate the effects of alcohol poisoning, and also has an antiemetic and anti-inflammation agent. This berry has proven itself as a remedy that improves the condition of a person with vitamin deficiency, tonsillitis and hypertension.

A decoction of raspberry flowers has a positive effect on the mucous membrane with inflammation of the eyes, raspberry leaves are used to remove blackheads, acne, as well as dyeing hair in a dark color. In the cold season, in the absence of fresh berries, raspberry branches can be used as an excellent antipyretic and general tonic. To prepare a healing infusion, steam the raspberry branches with boiling water and let it brew for 30 minutes. The infusion obtained in this way has a raspberry color and has a rather pleasant taste.

In case of acute respiratory diseases, tea from the brewed upper parts of raspberry branches with leaves can be taken as an antipyretic. In case of bronchial asthma, a decoction of raspberry roots is very useful. In order to prepare the broth, take 20 g of dried and then crushed raw materials, pour hot water (1 glass), then boil for half an hour, cool, strain thoroughly and bring the volume of liquid to the original by adding warm boiled water. Take the resulting broth 80 ml 3 to 5 times a day.

In the event of a cold condition (its initial stage), it is recommended to drink raspberry tea. For tea, take 2 tbsp. l. with a heap of berries, pour 1 cup boiling water over them and take hot or warm for one hour. It is allowed to take from 2 to 3 glasses of such a drink.

In the presence of a cough associated with a cold, as well as bronchitis, it is very useful to take a decoction of the roots, leaves and stems of raspberries. To prepare such a healing broth, take 1 tbsp. l. dry finely ground raw materials. Boil the mixture in 400 ml of water for 20 minutes, then carefully strain and bring the volume to the original boiled water. Drinking the resulting broth is recommended for 1 tbsp. l. 4 times a day.

Step 6

An infusion of the leaves and stems of this plant can be used to gargle (with laryngitis, sore throat or stomatitis). To prepare such an infusion, take 2 tbsp. l. dried chopped raw materials, pour 1 cup of boiling water, then leave to infuse for 40 minutes, then gently strain. It is necessary to rinse the throat with the infusion obtained in this way once an hour for 2 minutes.
