2. Take short breaks. Long-term sitting impairs blood circulation, so you should get up every half hour and walk around the office or the room in which you work.

3. Follow a diet, do not eat large amounts of fried, fatty, salty, smoked, and even more so fast food. Eat small meals every 2 hours and keep the food fresh. Drink at least 2 liters per day.

4. Avoid high heels and embarrassing clothing. You should also avoid wearing tight shoes.
