A heel spur is a bony outgrowth on the heel at the junction of the tendons and ligaments of the foot. The cause of its appearance is a metabolic disorder or flat feet, when the tension of the ligaments occurs. But, despite some complexity of the disease, it can be cured in many ways, even at home.
Soak your feet warm for 30 minutes before going to bed. Add one glass of baking soda to half a liter of water, put on warm socks after the procedure and go to bed.
Attach a piece of lard to the sore spot and fix it with a toe. Put on a plastic bag and another sock on top.
Spread the sore spot with clay ointment for 20-30 minutes, after steaming the leg.
Rub a black radish on a fine grater and apply to the heel overnight. After several such compresses, everything should go away.
Peel the potatoes and cook with the skins in a large saucepan. As soon as the water boils, drain it, and start kneading the potatoes with your feet until it cools. Then dry your feet thoroughly and apply iodine to your heels. Repeat the procedure seven times.
Mix a tablespoon of honey, a spoonful of salt, one bottle of iodine. Apply the solution to cotton wool and attach to the place where the "spurs" appear, put on cellophane on top and bandage tightly. Walk like this for about 15 minutes.
Stir in one vial of triple cologne, two vials of valerian, two vials of iodine, and five hot pepper pods. Let the solution brew for a day, then lubricate the heels overnight and warm your legs.
Wash a whole raw egg well and put in a small jar, cover with vinegar and, after closing the lid, refrigerate. After ten days, the shell should dissolve. Using a steel spoon, remove the egg into a bowl, carefully peel off the plastic, rub and pour in the remaining liquid in the jar. Stir well by adding 40 g of oil. Spread on your heels and then wear cotton socks.
Pour sour milk over rye bread. Stir and apply to heel, put on a bag on top and wrap with something warm. After five times, the result should appear.
Rub the garlic and place it on a napkin, apply it gently to the heel so that the garlic does not get on the skin. Hold this until you feel a burning sensation.
Place elderberry leaves on your heel and put a sock on top. Repeat the procedure for two weeks.
