Edema is the accumulation of excess fluid in body tissues. The causes of edema can be: trauma, various inflammations, renal or heart failure, acute nephritis or nephrosis, cirrhosis of the liver, allergic manifestations to any medication. The fluid can be localized in a patient in the chest or abdominal cavity, in the alveoli of the lungs. There may be swelling of the legs or arms, often puffy bags appear under the eyes.
It is necessary
- - Orthosiphon grass;
- - Grass and roots of the field erythematosus;
- - Vitamin B6;
- - Vitamin C;
- - Flax seed.
For edema of any origin, take kidney tea (orthosiphon herb). Brew 2 teaspoons of dry herbs with 2 cups of boiling water and leave for 2 hours. Strain and take half a cup 3-4 times daily before meals.
The roots and grass of the field erythematosus have an excellent diuretic effect. Insist 1 tablespoon of raw materials for 3 hours in a glass of boiling water, strain and take 3 tablespoons 3-5 times a day before meals.
For the treatment of edema of various origins, vitamin B6 is used, which establishes the balance of potassium and sodium in the body and regulates the fluid content. Start taking the vitamin starting at 10 mg per day, gradually increase to 50 mg per day.
Vitamin C is a natural remedy for edema. It is an excellent diuretic that relieves swelling. Take 300-400 mg 3 times a day.
With edema of the legs, a decoction of flax seeds effectively helps. Take 3 teaspoons of crushed flaxseed and brew with 1 liter of boiling water, put on low heat for 10 minutes. Then leave in a warm place for another 1 hour. Drink hot 6-8 times a day every 2 hours for half a glass.
