The true cause of allergies is the imbalance of all body systems, including the immune system, as a result of which it begins to react to absolutely harmless substances. Therefore, after isolation from allergens (yes, the cat will have to be transported to the grandmother's dacha), you need to pull yourself together and do the general strengthening of your own health.

Step 4

Start by strengthening your immune system. Take ten minutes in the morning to exercise, twenty minutes in the evening to jog in the park, take a hot shower, do not be too lazy to take a dip in ice water once. Monitor your diet and try to eliminate foods containing chemical colors and artificial flavors from your diet. But more importantly, pay attention to your own emotional state. The emotional background should be strictly positive: stress and emotional overload often spoil health no worse than the smoky city air and hours of sitting in front of a computer screen.

Once you start fighting allergies, try not to get hung up on the fact that you are trying to get rid of the disease. Imagine that you are absolutely healthy and that you have only come across the word "illness" in books. Stretch a smile from ear to ear and - forward to a healthy and happy life!
