Cystitis belongs to the group of infectious inflammatory diseases of the bladder caused by E. coli or other pathogens. The most common causes of the disease are the anatomical features of the structure of the genitourinary system, non-observance of the rules of personal hygiene, hypothermia and surgical interventions.

Pay special attention to the hygiene of the genitals, use decoctions of medicinal herbs (chamomile, horsetail) for washing. Change your underwear at least once a day. Limit sexual intercourse until the symptoms of cystitis are completely eliminated, and if any, use a condom.
Reduce the level of physical activity, refuse serious sports training during the treatment period, etc. Temporarily replace them with a little exercise and walking in the fresh air.
Use such traditional medicine as an infusion of dill (a glass of boiling water on a dessert spoon of dill, insist for half an hour and strain) or parsley seeds (soak 1/2 teaspoon of seeds in a glass of cool boiled water and insist for 10 hours).
Do not overcool in any way. In the absence of a high temperature, warm your feet in warm water, or place a heating pad on your lower abdomen.
