The drug "Blefarogel1", "Blefarogel 2" (with demodectic blepharitis), tetracycline eye ointments, treatment of ulcers with a solution of brilliant green, etc. are prescribed.

Medicinal plant preparations are effective, which are used both for internal use and external treatment. For the treatment of simple blepharitis, infusions or decoctions of blue cornflower, eyebright, plantain leaves, bird cherry flowers are successfully used. In case of ulcerative blepharitis - calendula flowers, leaves and flower baskets of prickly tartar, etc. From blepharitis associated with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract or allergies, multicomponent herbal preparations are used, the treatment of which is aimed at eliminating the main cause of eyelid disease.

Brew 50 grams of chopped herb with a liter of boiling water, insisting in a warm place for 2 hours, strain. Take half a cup orally 4 times a day half an hour before meals, and also rinse the eyes with infusion and do baths for them 3-4 times a day.

Prepare an infusion of blue cornflower flowers as follows. Brew 1 teaspoon of flowers with 250 ml of boiling water, infuse for an hour, filter. Rinse your eyes 3 times a day, not getting wet after rinsing, but letting them dry.
