Cellulite can occur for various reasons (and most often not for one, but for several at once). The matter may be in a violation of the hormonal balance of the body, in the features of the physique, in a disease of the thyroid gland, in violations of protein metabolism. However, this is not all, there are also external factors that affect the appearance of cellulite. These include stress, unhealthy diet, bad habits, chronic fatigue and poor environment. But whatever the reason, you should not despair, since there are many effective ways to fight.

Step 1

When the first signs appear, you can start taking a contrast shower every day, it will help improve blood circulation. Better to start with cool water, and finish the procedure with hot. In addition, while taking a shower, rub your feet in a circular motion using a massage brush or sponge. After that, you can apply a special anti-cellulite gel or cream on the body with light massaging movements.

Step 2

Frequent (at least twice a week) 20-30 minute baths can restore your skin's beauty and elasticity. When taking them, you can add various sea concentrates and salts, as well as, if possible, milk (first, dilute a couple of tablespoons of bath salt and a little lemon (maybe orange) essential oil in a glass of milk. Pour the resulting mixture into a hot bath).

Step 3

Masks and scrubs work well on the skin. You can make them yourself: grind the oatmeal in a coffee grinder or blender, and then add it to the milk; choose the proportions so that you end up with a thick gruel. There is another mask, it does not even need to be specially prepared, because for it you only need coffee grounds. Apply the mask to problem areas, a light patting massage will also be useful. Leave the composition on the body for 10-15 minutes, then rinse. This procedure will be more effective and efficient after taking a bath.

Step 4

At home, even anti-cellulite wraps are possible with the use of various therapeutic agents (for example, clay, algae, mud, and so on). After applying one of them to the skin, the body should be wrapped in plastic wrap (this is necessary to achieve the thermal effect); you can also wear warm clothes, lie under the covers. The duration of the procedure can be from 30 to 45 minutes. Afterwards, take a shower and moisturize your skin with cream.
