In case of prolapse of the uterus, a lemon balm decoction is very useful. To prepare it, pour 2 tablespoons of the healing herb with two glasses of boiling water. Leave the resulting infusion in a thermos overnight. Take the medicine 2/3 tablespoons one hour before meals.
A decoction made from 100 g of coltsfoot, 75 g of oregano and 75 g of lemon balm has a beneficial effect in uterine prolapse. Pour two cups of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of the herbal collection and let the medicine brew for 24 hours. Take a decoction 2/3 tablespoons one hour before meals.
Nine-strength tincture is also capable of coping with prolapse of the uterus. Pour 1 tablespoon of herbs with 0.5 liters of vodka. Insist the remedy for 10 days, then take 1 tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach.
Crush 5 chicken eggshells to a powder and mix with 9 finely chopped lemons. Do not touch the mixture for 4 days. Then add half a liter of vodka to it and let the medicine brew for three days. Stir thoroughly, strain, and squeeze the resulting product. Take it in the morning and in the evening, 50 g each, until the medicine runs out. Repeat the course of treatment 3 times with monthly breaks between courses.
Special therapeutic exercises help in the fight against prolapse of the uterus. The main thing is not to be lazy and do all the exercises daily.
In the morning, immediately after waking up, stand for 10 minutes on all fours. Get on your knees and put your hands on the floor. Bend over 30 times with your chest touching the floor. Do a variety of abdominal exercises: scissors, bicycle, birch. Contract your perineal muscles as often as possible throughout the day.
After three months of daily training and herbal treatment, all organs should return to their place.
