Vomiting and diarrhea can lead to dehydration. Therefore, during illness, drink a weak saline solution daily. To prepare it, take a teaspoon of table salt and 5 teaspoons of sugar. Dissolve them in a liter of warm boiled water and drink them throughout the day, or prepare the saline solution in a different way. Take a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, half a teaspoon of baking soda, three quarters of a teaspoon of salt, and 8 teaspoons of sugar. Mix and dissolve in a liter of boiled water.

Step 5

Prepare a decoction of St. John's wort herb. Take one and a half tablespoons of herbs in a glass of boiling water. Soak for half an hour in a water bath and strain. Take a third of a glass half an hour before meals 3-4 times throughout the day.
