Public pools can be more than just a place to swim after a long day at work. Sometimes here you can also get infected with dangerous ailments.

It is necessary
- - own shoes;
- - information about the pool;
- - own towel;
- - antifungal gel.
Instructions
Step 1
Ask if the pool has passed all the necessary sanitary checks and if it complies with the standards. Also ask about regular water sampling. Not all of these establishments comply with such strict standards. As a result, a whole range of harmful microorganisms live in the pools themselves and, accordingly, around them - from the usual fungus to Pseudomonas aeruginosa and hepatitis.
Step 2
Bring your stuff. Most establishments, in addition to the swim lanes themselves, also provide flip flops, bathrobes and towels. During the day, there are more than one or two visitors. In this case, no washing is performed after each visitor. As a result, the fungus settles on the slippers, and on the dressing gown and towel, in addition to it, parasites are more dangerous and worse. Therefore, it would be better to protect yourself and bring all these things with you from home.
Step 3
Shower after swimming in the pool. Preferably with an antibacterial and antifungal gel. Even checked places can be visited by people with skin diseases. You can't stop anyone with a medical certificate with contraindications to swimming pools, because you can easily buy it. Some doctors even give them out by acquaintance. So it's better not to risk it and wash yourself again to avoid unnecessary diseases.
