A flat stomach is the dream of any girl / woman. If you are not very athletic, do not like to go to the gym, three simple exercises will help you get rid of your belly at home.
The abdominal muscles are conditionally divided into three groups - the upper abdomen, lower, lateral muscles.
Exercise for the upper abdomen. Lie on your back, raise your legs straight up, bend at the knees. Calves should be parallel to the floor. Put your hands behind your head, clasp. Reduce the shoulder blades.
On exhalation, we tear off the upper part of the body from the floor, trying to bring the forehead as close as possible to the knees. At the same time, the legs are motionless. Do not bring your elbows together. Repeat 20-50 times depending on physical fitness.
Exercise for the lower abdomen. Lie on your back, raise your legs straight up, bend at the knees. Calves should be parallel to the floor. Put your hands behind your head, clasp. Reduce the shoulder blades.
On exhalation, stretch out and lower one leg, touch the floor with it, return to its original position. Repeat with the other leg. Repeat 20-50 times.
Exercise for the lateral muscles. Lie on your right side, stretch your right hand in front of you, rest your palm on the floor. Raise your left hand above your head, stretch it parallel to the body.
As you exhale, raise your left leg, touch it with your left hand. Try to raise your upper body as high as possible. Repeat 15-30 times on each side.
Do the exercises every day, the result will be visible in two weeks. Do not forget to stick to the right diet while doing this. At the very least, you do not need to eat fatty, fried, eat a lot of sweet and starchy foods.
