Ginger for weight loss and for the body as a whole is very useful. It improves metabolism, tones, increases the motility of the intestinal tract, improves mood.
It is best to use chopped fresh ginger root rather than dry ground ginger.
1 way. Pour fresh ginger root grated on a coarse grater with boiling water in a thermos and leave for 30-40 minutes. For 1 liter of water 2 tbsp. l. ginger. Drink throughout the day at any time.
Method 2. A decoction of ginger is being prepared: the water is brought to a boil, then ginger is poured into it. However, there are contraindications for the use of ginger tea:
