Getting rid of acne and blackheads depends on proper skin care. No special action is needed, the main thing is to follow the principles of care, that is, cleanse the skin, nourish it and moisturize it in time. One should not forget that the treatment of each person is an individual process, therefore, if some remedy fits one person, then it is not at all a fact that it will help someone else also effectively. The fact is that each of us has our own skin type, for which it is necessary to correctly select gels, masks and everything that helps get rid of inflamed acne.

Step 1

The treatment will become more effective if it is carried out in combination. A cosmetologist or dermatologist will be able to offer you this complex after determining the cause (or causes) of acne. He will prescribe you special cleansing and restorative procedures for the skin, therapy that restore hormonal balance, and recommend care products (for example, masks, gels, scrubs). Experts do not recommend getting rid of acne on your own, since this way you can infect and leave scars.

Step 2

Proper washing is required to keep the skin clean. "Correct" does not mean repeated washing, which only leads to increased production of sebum. The fact is that with frequent washing, the protection is washed off and makes the sebaceous glands work again - this leads to the appearance of acne. So it is enough to wash 2 or 3 times a day.

Step 3

For inflamed pimples, do not carry out frequent and deep peels or cleaning with fine abrasives (for example, scrubs). They will not cleanse the skin, they will only irritate it. Only gel products are recommended for use.

Step 4

Steam baths will also open pores and help get rid of acne. They are recommended to be carried out 1, maximum 2 times a week, there is no need for frequent carrying out of this procedure. There is nothing difficult in taking steam baths: pour boiling water into a basin or a saucepan (you can add baking soda to it), tilt your head over it, and cover with a towel on top. Take a bath for 10-15 minutes. After the procedure, wash your face thoroughly, first with hot and then cold water (it will help to narrow the wide pores). Then wipe your face with salicylic acid solution or calendula tincture.
