Potassium permanganate (potassium permanganate) is a strong antimicrobial agent and is widely used both in specialized medical institutions and at home. Preparing a solution of potassium permanganate will take you a few seconds, because for this it is enough to dissolve just a few crystals of the antiseptic in clean water.
It is necessary
- - potassium permanganate;
- - water.
Use potassium permanganate to treat oral diseases. For periodontal disease, rinse your mouth with a hot solution of potassium permanganate. Put some liquid in your mouth and keep it until it cools completely, then repeat the procedure. One rinse requires at least 200 ml of solution. Rinse your mouth for at least five days. If you are worried about a toothache, then after eating, rinse your mouth with clean water, and then with a solution of potassium permanganate. If there is a cavity in the tooth, then after rinsing, fill it with cotton wool.
Potassium permanganate is an excellent antiseptic and is well suited for treating wounds. If the abrasion is small, then it is enough to rinse it with a weak solution of potassium permanganate. For cuts and deep wounds, treat the edges of the damaged area, being careful not to get inside the wound itself. Warm baths with an antiseptic will help with abscesses. In case of burns, apply bandages soaked in solution to the affected area.
Potassium permanganate helps to neutralize toxic substances, so it can be used in case of poisoning. Make 250 ml of a saturated solution and strain it through cheesecloth folded in 3-4 layers. Prepare water for gastric lavage by boiling and cooling it. Add some of the solution to the water. The liquid should be pale pink in color. Drinking 200 ml of the solution will stop diarrhea.
Treatment of intimate problems also cannot do without an antiseptic. Use a weak solution for washing with herpetic lesions of intimate areas, douching with erosion of the cervix and urological diseases. Cool baths with a solution will help with the acute stage of hemorrhoids.
