Beautiful flowing hair is a real decoration of a woman. However, not every woman is able to grow them to the desired length. To solve this problem, women often resort to the services of beauty salon specialists, but hair growth can also be stimulated at home.
Nutrition for luxurious hair
For enhanced hair growth, high-quality nutrition is required. If the hair follicles do not receive it, they go into a state of rest. To stimulate hair growth, start taking complexes with vitamins B, C, D, E, as well as calcium, iodine, copper, chromium, magnesium, iron, potassium, zinc and other minerals.
Adjust your diet in favor of protein foods - cottage cheese, eggs, meat and fish. Nuts, seeds, halva, herbs, vegetables and cereals are also useful for active hair growth. The largest amount of vitamins useful for hair is found in beef liver, pumpkin, broccoli, cheese, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, seafood, mushrooms, and legumes.
Without proper care, even fast-growing hair can severely split and fall out. Try as little as possible to use a hairdryer, irons and curling irons, as well as gels and varnishes for fixing your hair. Low-quality plastic accessories - combs, hairpins, elastic bands can also make hair brittle.
Hair should be washed with cool water, because hot dries the scalp, using mild shampoos and balms. Trim the ends of your hair at least once a month to speed up hair growth.
Head massage perfectly stimulates blood circulation, increasing blood flow to hair follicles, thereby accelerating hair growth. Start by gently stroking the scalp along the hair growth. Then you can move on to circular motions, rubbing, tingling. The massage is completed with light strokes. The duration of this cosmetic procedure should be 10 minutes.
Homemade masks for hair growth
There are many recipes for masks that stimulate hair growth. Almost all of them include active ingredients that awaken hair follicles. Before the first use of the mask, it is recommended to test for an allergic reaction by applying a small amount of the mixture to the skin behind the ear for 1 hour. After applying the home remedy, put on a rubber cap and wrap your head in a towel. Wash off the masks with warm water, preferably without the use of shampoo. If the home remedy burns badly, wash it off immediately.
Beer mask: mix 200 ml of beer and 2-3 egg yolks, apply the mixture to the scalp and hair for 1 hour.
Onion mask: grate 2-3 onions, add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of brandy. This mask should be applied for 1 hour every day for a week.
Mustard mask: dilute 2 tablespoons of mustard with warm water, add 1 teaspoon of burdock oil. Apply the mixture to the scalp and hair for 10-15 minutes.
Red pepper mask: Mix 1 tablespoon of pepper tincture, 1 yolk, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Warm the mask slightly and apply on the scalp for 20-30 minutes.
