Echinacea tincture can provide short-term relief. Member of the American Guild of Herbalists David Winston recommends taking a decoction of 10-15 drops once an hour in fruit juice. However, experts do not recommend consuming echinacea solution for more than eight weeks in a row.
The hot pepper contains the alkaloid capsaicin, which well enhances the secretion of body fluids - tears, saliva, sweat. Herbalist James A. Duke recommends adding red pepper to soups and meat dishes regularly.
Drink as much water as possible. When the body is dehydrated, the mouth naturally dries up. To avoid this, always carry a water bottle with you and sip from time to time. Some experts recommend fruit-flavored gum, but warn against chewing for more than 10 minutes without interruption. If you don't like candy at all, you can chew carrots or celery to moisturize your mouth.
