After that, tea is poured into the kettle and boiling water is added to 2/3 of the volume, after keeping for 3-4 minutes, the kettle is topped up to its full volume and after that the tea can be drunk. Black tea is brewed once. The correct dosage for the preparation of both black and green tea is 1 teaspoon per 1 glass of water and one more teaspoon of dry tea is put on a teapot basis. If you exceed this dosage, the result is a strong tea.

Strong tea is not recommended to drink during periods of exacerbation of chronic diseases or in those diseases that are severe.

What effect does strong tea have on the body?

Too strong tea has a strong stimulating effect, so it should not be drunk at night, so as not to provoke insomnia and headaches. At a high temperature, it is also impossible to drink it, so as not to increase it even more.
