Step 4: make head tilts. Alternately to the left and right shoulder. At the same time, we try to reach the shoulder with the lower jaw. We carry out 5 inclinations in each direction.

Step 5. Tilt your head back. And we begin to open and close our mouth, while trying to reach with our lower lip first to the nose, then to the chin. We repeat the exercise 5 times.

Step 6 Press your palms to the décolleté area and pull down. At the same time, we roll up our mouth with a tube and stretch it towards the ceiling. Thus, we tighten the muscles of the neck. We carry out 15 times for 5 seconds.

Massage will be an addition to this exercise. You need to take a towel, moisten it in a salty solution (a teaspoon of salt per 2 liters of warm water), twist it and pat the neck and chin area with this tourniquet. Two minutes a day will be enough. We add a good nourishing cream here - and the delicate part of the body, showing age, will look toned and elastic.
