This, of course, is to blame for subcutaneous fat, which does not give "space to the relief."

On the Internet, you can find a bunch of ways, tips, methods and programs to burn fat and put your body in order. Some of them are really effective, but most do not give much results. Remember one thing: only hard work and striving for your goal, no matter how trite it may sound, will give the desired result. And remember that free cheese is only in a mousetrap. You must not forget that nothing comes easy.

In the end, you can just fall here and now and start push-ups! Choose what you like, what you will enjoy doing. The results will be much better if the activities are beneficial and positive at the same time. At the same time, you need to consider how many calories you consume and burn more.

For example, to eat 2000 kcal, and spend 2500. Then the body will take 500 kcal from fat. In this situation, you can lose 2 kg in a month.

Intermittent fasting

How does this help? There are two main hormones in the human body that are involved in either gaining fat or burning it.

By applying intermittent fasting, you lower your insulin and raise your growth hormone higher. This can be achieved by dividing the day into 2 parts: 8 hours and 16 hours. You are fasting for 16 hours, and 8 is your window for eating. You can build this, for example, like this: you do the last meal at 8 in the evening, and then there are 16 hours of hunger - until 12 in the afternoon (only drinking pure water, as much as possible).

It is during fasting that insulin will go down and growth hormone will go up. A special advantage can be taken from here in the morning: you get up, and activity takes place at 6 o'clock. It can be training, jogging, walking. Thus, fasting is fat burning.

Further, from 12 noon to 8 pm, there are 3 meals: 12:00 - breakfast, 16:00 - lunch, 20:00 - dinner. Also, drink plenty of water, as it helps cleanse your body of the fat you have burned.

So, friends, using this strategy, in six months or a year you can achieve unrealistically steep results: burn fat that prevents muscles from drawing, lose extra pounds, thereby becoming slimmer and more athletic. I think sacrificing one year for a future life with a beautiful body is worth it.
