Diet for drying the body in men

There are two main diet options for men. Another option for a body drying diet involves alternating proteins and carbohydrates. So the body gets rid of subcutaneous fat much more effectively than with a sharp restriction of the calorie content of dishes. The energy value of the daily menu should not be less than 1500 calories. And this type of diet has contraindications, you cannot dry muscles with high mental stress, with stomach ulcers, with insufficient muscle gain.

You need to drink mineral water and green or ginger tea, so as not to poison the body with ketones. At this time, sweets and flour products, as well as salt, are prohibited. And all of these products, and their amount is approximate, in each specific case, you need to count the calories and the content of proteins, carbohydrates, fats. There is no general diet, it simply does not exist, there are only general recommendations and proportions.
