That is, you will not feel almost any restrictions on yourself.

But how does this diet work? Starts immediately, as soon as losing weight reduces the carbohydrates that they consume. In the absence of them, the body begins to maintain balance by breaking down stored fats. For this process to start, you cannot eat more than 20 grams of carbohydrates per day. After two weeks on this diet, you can increase this volume to 40 grams, and when leaving the diet and to maintain the achieved results, you can consume up to 60 grams per day.

It will be necessary to exclude several types of foods from the diet in order to reduce the amount of carbohydrates entering your body - potatoes, baked goods, sugar, sweets, rice. If you don't know how to drink tea without sugar, then you can use sweeteners, but do not overdo it.
