Acupressure is an ancient science, precise and highly effective. Knowing the map of biologically active points, you can easily quickly relax or, conversely, increase the level of energy and performance.
Rub your palms vigorously for about 30 seconds. When your palms are warm, begin tapping your fingertips against the scalp in the midline from the forehead to the back of the head.
Clasp your brows between your thumb and forefinger and move from the bridge of the nose to the temples, making short tweaks, so that the upper eyelids stretch slightly. Repeat three times.
Place your palms on your cheeks, touching your temples with the pads of your fingers, and make several vigorous massaging movements towards the wings of the nose, pressing on the prominent points of the cheekbones. Then clasp your ears with your fingers and slide down, pulling the lobes. Repeat five to ten times.
Extend your left hand forward, palm down, and squeeze your right hand into a fist. Slide the back of your right hand along the inside of your left hand, from shoulder to wrist, making short, abrupt movements that overlap. Then perform three smooth, continuous strokes on the upper surface from shoulder to fingertips. Change hands and repeat.
Sit up straight, straighten your posture and tilt your head back slightly. Find the dimple under the occiput and apply three finger presses each for five seconds. Perform several smooth strokes with your palm from the crown of your head to the base of your neck, completing the massage.
