It is preferable to drink most of this volume before 15:00, and each time half an hour before meals. Limit your intake of sugar, salt, potatoes, and wheat flour baked goods, and skip evening snacks. To cleanse the body, it is good to eat low-fat dairy products, cereals, seasonal vegetables, fish, nuts. Food should be light: boiled, stewed, baked or steamed.

Usually, during the change from the winter season to the spring, the supply of vitamins in the body is practically depleted, so do not forget to additionally pamper yourself with useful microelements. It will not be superfluous to consult a specialist in the choice of vitamins. Try to find a way to give up transportation and walk more. If this is difficult, you can consider running daily or walking at a brisk pace. Exercise is also required. Get a subscription to a fitness room or pool, or try to develop some set of exercises for yourself, using, for example, the Internet.

Try journaling, writing down your accomplishments and methods, it might be even more interesting. Be sure to smile at yourself, achieve the goal with desire, start exercising in a great mood and everything will definitely work out!
