One fruit and vegetable day will not hurt every person, and it is easy to endure it. The rules are as follows. The menu contains nothing but fruits and vegetables. You can process them in any way: bake, boil, stew, steam, you can not fry and use oil, add sugar. Salt and spices are also very undesirable. If you crave something sweet, eat a few berries or a sweet fruit. Do not get carried away with potatoes, bananas and dried fruits, as they are very high in calories. It is better to refrain from drinking coffee and black tea, but you can drink green, mineral and ordinary purified water. Fatty and flour products, sugar are prohibited. The first and third weeks are more stringent. In the second and fourth, it is sometimes allowed to drink coffee with low-fat milk. Occasionally you can eat a little cheese. This diet is recommended to be repeated no more than once every six months. It is impossible to get out of it abruptly; other products should be gradually added.
