Take 4 times a day for a tablespoon. Or: Brew a tablespoon of primrose in a glass of boiling water. Insist half an hour. Drink twice a day.

Step 8

Try to go out into nature whenever possible and, throwing off your shoes, walk on the ground and grass. This procedure will act as an acupressure for the feet and help you to strengthen your body.
