You spend the entire fourth and fifth day completely on smoothies. Cook more varied combinations. Pineapple, cranberries, strawberries, grapefruit, spinach, celery are good for burning fat.

After the fifth day of the diet, gradually return to your usual diet. In the early days of the diet, you may feel weakness, headaches, stomach pains.
