Or do any other sport: aerobics, dancing, swimming. Moderate physical activity relieves nervous tension and maintains muscle tone.

To restore a psycho-emotional state, use aromatherapy and color meditation. Light a candle that smells of bergamot or lemon, and while inhaling the scent, gaze intently at any orange object or piece of paper. As if lost in thought, imagine that you are lost in this color. Breathe evenly during the session. At the expense of 1, 2, 3 - inhale, at 1, 2 - hold the breath and at 1, 2, 3 - exhale. Play soft music for optimal relaxation.

Step 7

Repeat all procedures every day for 2-3 weeks. Gradually, you will notice that the emotional state has become stable and there is no trace of nervous stress.

Step 8

In order not to expose yourself to future nervous tension and stress, avoid watching forensic reports, programs and films, and also do not enter into conflicts. Watch comedies, humorous programs, listen to good music, visit beautiful places, regularly take walks in the park area and continue to strengthen your body with water procedures and sports.
