It is better to refuse everything fatty, fried, smoked without hesitation. Even vegetables are best consumed either fresh, boiled, or steamed. You can puree potatoes and carrots or other vegetables.

Soups can be eaten almost anything, with the exception of spicy soups with the addition of smoked meats. Cream soups are especially good to eat. You can also use any dairy products. The main thing is that they are fresh. You will have to give up the usual scrambled eggs, you need to steam it or just eat a couple of boiled eggs a day.

It is not forbidden to eat fruits either. They can be eaten both fresh and pureed with sugar. You can drink fruit juices, jelly, compote and similar drinks. Pasta is not prohibited, but, again, only boiled.

There are no special restrictions on the use of bakery products, only the use of baked goods, fresh white bread or a loaf is not recommended. Everything else is possible. Dishes richly seasoned, as well as everything spicy, sour, and fatty are strictly prohibited. Forget snacks! Meals should be regular and complete, no dry water and no sandwiches. Eat at the same time and don't forget about the first course.
