Autumn has finally come into its own and fully endows us with its "charms" - short daylight hours, frequent lingering rains, cold winds, and unpleasant chilly weather. Now you need to wave goodbye to the warm summer sun and warm yourself up.
Physical activity. Now is the time to sign up for the gym - fitness, aerobics, yoga, strength training, whoever likes what. In the evenings, it's boring and cold to sit at home, you can't walk outside, and training will help you combine business with pleasure - while away a gray autumn evening, warm up and tighten your figure.
If it is not possible to go to the gym, a regular exercise for 5-6 exercises in the morning and in the evening will be enough. And you will warm up and cheer up. When a person moves, he is not afraid of the cold.
Clothes for the season. No matter how trite it may sound, in order not to freeze, you need to dress warmly. As practice shows, this common truth does not interfere with repeating once again. Very often people do not want to part with the summer or cannot get used to the new weather. We throw a light windbreaker over our shoulders or put on thin trousers with shoes, and then all day we tremble like an aspen leaf, envious of passers-by, packed in sweaters and autumn boots. It is better to think over the wardrobe so that in which case you can take off your jacket or sweater.
Hot drinks. Drink tea and coffee several times a day, they perfectly warm from the inside, give a charge of heat for some time after the cup is finished. The advantage of hot drinking is that during a meal you can warm your hands on a hot mug.
Blankets and rugs. Get out of the closets all the blankets that you have - it is so nice to wrap yourself in them during the day or in the evening, sitting with a book or in front of the TV with a cup of tea; and at night, when we are the most cold, it is better to cover ourselves with two blankets at once. The warmest blankets are made of camel wool, besides, they are thin and soft. If you don't have such a blanket, it's time to buy it. Or order as a gift for the New Year. Heating devices. Fireplaces, radiators, convectors, fan heaters and other devices that produce heat. They will be especially useful during the period when it is already very cold outside, and the batteries in the apartments are not yet warm. Heaters may also be needed in winter, and you will definitely use them in the spring, when the central heating turns off. The main thing is not to forget to turn off the heater at night, also note that all these devices dry the air, additional humidification will be needed.
Hot water. Have not yet come up with a better way to keep warm quickly and easily than under a hot shower or bath. If you get chilled on the street, or at home it is so cold that your face and hands get cold, be sure to take a dip in hot water. No heater or tea will warm you as well as water.
High-calorie food. In the fall, you cannot go on a diet, otherwise you run the risk of at least constantly freezing, and as a maximum - falling into a hungry swoon. In the cold season, the body spends a huge amount of energy on heating itself, so breakfast and lunch should be satisfying, and you can already experiment with dinner.
