The five spoon rule

The "five tablespoons" rule will help you maintain proper nutrition, speed up your metabolism and improve your figure.

Observing this rule, you should eat a volume of food equal to 5 tablespoons. In grams, this will be approximately 150 grams. This volume is quite enough to hold out for 2-3 hours without food, while using up all the accumulated energy.

As already mentioned, it is worth eating at intervals of 2-3 hours. 2 hours should be observed when eating vegetable and fruit dishes, and 3 hours - with heavy protein and carbohydrate foods. Also, with this diet, you can treat yourself to sweets, but preferably in the morning. With this diet, you will eat 5-6 times a day.After 6 pm, it is allowed to eat, but only light vegetable or fruit dishes (except for banana, grapes).

If you need to lose a decent amount of weight, then exclude fried, smoked, pickled foods and white bread from your diet. Spend yourself once a week fasting days on vegetables, dairy products, fruits, cereals on the water.


You need to exercise in the morning, or better - in the morning, before breakfast. This will help your body use up energy from fat stores, not food. Classes should last at least 30-40 minutes, because only after 20 minutes of intensive training begins to burn fat reserves. If you don't have time for fitness, then do your morning exercises yourself for about 15 minutes. This will wake up your body and start your metabolism.
