Everything seems to be very simple - but this is only in words. For many of us, going to bed early or even on time is simply unrealistic. Indeed, it is very difficult to turn into a "lark" when you work until six in the evening, get home by seven and begin: washing, cleaning, cooking, checking the lessons of the children. But I also want to watch a movie, read a book, and talk with relatives. And in the end, no one canceled marital duties. And if there is Internet at home, this is generally a separate conversation. Each user knows how great the temptation is to miss a couple of hours, but to watch a new blockbuster on the net or read a recently published book.

Of course, living without all this will not be so interesting. But what if going to bed late becomes a habit? Definitely, it is absolutely impossible to let things take their course and hope that the body itself knows when to rest. Even if at first you don't feel so bad, over time, fatigue caused by constant lack of sleep will make itself felt in the most unpleasant images: headaches, general weakness, memory and performance impairment, and even nervous disorders and depression.

If you decide to arrange a new, healthier regime for yourself, establish a clear rule: go to bed at a strictly set time. For example, if you need to get up at six in the morning, you must go to bed no later than ten in the evening - for eight hours of rest, the body will have time to completely rest and recuperate.

In order to accustom yourself to go to bed earlier, you need to sacrifice something - without this it will not work. And think about what is better: watch a horror movie until two o'clock in the morning, and then fall asleep on the go, or still go to bed early and wake up with a fresh head. The choice, of course, is up to you.
